Website Terms

I. Subject

Art. 1. (1) These general terms are intended to govern the relations between … , UIC … (referred to as the "Provider") and the visitors of the website … (referred to as the "Visitors").

(2) By accessing and loading the Site, Visitors agree to be bound by these General Terms and all subsequent changes to them, and undertake to comply with them.

Art. 3. The Site … provides Visitors with information about the activity, services and prices of the Provider, as well as access to published news and materials, the option to post opinions and comments, review of the uploaded content and any actions necessary for the full use of the Site for its intended purpose.

III. Intellectual property

Art. 4. (1) All publications on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider and are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, and may not be used in any way without the Provider's prior written consent.

(2) The images on the Site, as well as other visual elements representing the Provider's intellectual property, may not be used or reproduced in any way by third parties without its prior written consent.

(3) Any unauthorised use of the materials published on the Site, without the Provider's permission, constitutes a violation for which the offender bears civil, administrative-penal and criminal liability in accordance with applicable Bulgarian law.

Art. 5. (1) The Provider does not permit the use in any way of the content of the Site by displaying all or part of the materials published on it in another site.

(2) Linking to materials on the Site from other sites is permissible if done in accordance with good morals and commercial practice, and if the linking and the manner of presenting the link do not raise doubt as to the Provider's authorship of the materials, so that Visitors are not misled.

IV. Personal data protection

Art. 6. (1) The Provider takes measures to protect the personal data of Visitors in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the requirements of European and Bulgarian law, and the Privacy Policy published on the Site.

(2) The Provider does not send identifying information to third parties; technical information and information about the use of the Site by Users is processed by the company maintaining the platform on which the Site is hosted, in compliance with personal data protection and information security requirements.

(3) The Provider collects and processes "cookie" data in accordance with its Policy, which Visitors are made aware of when loading the Site.

V. Amendment of the general terms

Art. 7. (1) These General Terms may be amended by the Provider at any time, with the amended General Terms published promptly on the Site, together with a notice to Visitors of the changes made.

(2) Amendments to these general terms take effect for all Visitors from the moment they are announced on the Site.

VI. Limitation of liability

Art. 8. (1) The Provider provides access to the content of the Site as is and does not guarantee that the guidance in the materials on the Site leads to the results intended by Visitors.

(2) The Provider bears no liability for damages and lost profits of Visitors caused by the materials published on the Site.

(3) The Provider bears no liability for damages caused by Visitors to third parties as a result of using the Site and the materials contained in it.

VII. Other provisions

Art. 9. Visitors to the Site undertake to comply with ethical norms and not to harm the Provider's reputation when using the Site and the materials contained in it.

Art. 10. For matters not settled in these general terms relating to the performance and interpretation of this agreement, the provisions of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria apply.
