Terms of Use — TanGenta

Welcome to TanGenta guesthouse. We'd like to introduce you to the main rules of the house. They are designed to ensure your comfort and safety.

During your stay, please care for the environment and be reasonable with water and electricity. Please keep the house clean, as you would your own home.
On departure, guests are required to leave the house in a decent condition — a clean kitchen area and washed dishes.

Reservations, payment and cancellation

Standard prices, including any promotional policies, are published on the booking platforms we work with. You can also get information from our website and on request.

The minimum stay at the house is 2 nights.
If you contact us directly, your reservation is secured with a deposit equal to 20% of the total amount for your stay. The remaining 80% is paid on arrival.
For cancellation or reduction of nights up to 14 days before the check-in date, 50% of the deposit is refunded.
For cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation or reduction of the number of nights after check-in or during the stay is NOT possible — the guest is obliged to pay for the entire reserved stay. After a reservation is made, the deposit is paid within 2 working days. If payment is missing, the reservation is considered cancelled.
Last-minute reservations (up to 7 days before the start date) require full payment for the stay. Such reservations are non-refundable if cancelled.

A tourist tax is included in the price. Prices are in Bulgarian leva.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is after 3:00 PM.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Privacy of personal data

In accordance with national law, as owners we are obliged to collect your personal data at check-in. All collected personal data is confidential and will under no circumstances be distributed and/or used by us and/or provided to third parties, except to state institutions and only where they have a legal basis to require it.

Damage deposit

A deposit of BGN 300 is paid on arrival and refunded after an inspection at departure, provided no damage is found.
In accordance with applicable law and these rules, the cost of repairing any damage caused by guests to the house is paid by them.

Pets

We love animals, but some guests have health conditions such as allergies. For this reason, pets are NOT allowed.

Smoking

Smoking is NOT permitted in any of the indoor areas of the house. This includes smokeless cigarettes, hookah, cigars, cigarettes and any home-made or factory smoking devices. For your convenience, ashtrays are placed on the terrace and outdoors. Please remember to put used materials in the ashtrays after smoking. For breaching this policy, an amount of BGN 300 will be withheld from your deposit for cleaning and removing the smell.

Children

Children must be supervised by adults at all times. The owner of the house bears no responsibility for any injuries to guests' children within the property or outside it. The care of children is the responsibility of their parents.

Noise

In the event of a breach of public order and a report to the authorities, the guests of TanGenta assume full responsibility for resolving the matter. If the authorities impose sanctions, fines, statements or other penalties provided for by Bulgarian law, these are covered entirely by the guests responsible for the established violations.
